Obituary

Tamara Taylor, affectionately known as “The Queen” and “TT,” was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, girlfriend, and friend who passed away peacefully on October 15, 2026.

Though Tamara’s passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, her love and memory will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Tamara had a presence all her own—strong, confident, outspoken, and impossible to overlook. She carried herself like the queen she was and never needed to ask for attention; her personality naturally commanded it. Tamara’s humor, stories, familiar sayings, and unmistakable way of expressing herself made her truly one of a kind.

Tamara was a devoted mother, a caring grandmother, a loving great-grandmother, a companion and friend whose presence left a lasting impression. She showed her love in her own unique way through her words, laughter, routines, humor, and the countless moments she shared with those closest to her.

Tamara’s family will cherish the conversations, laughter, memories, and ordinary moments that became special simply because she was there. They will remember her voice, her expressions, her strength, her humor, and the many ways she made her presence known.

Tamara’s greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind. She is survived by her daughter, Summer Trouille (Corey Millington), and her son, Justin Taylor (Josie Southall); her granddaughter, Ciara Dyal (Cody Dyal); her grandson, Jace Taylor; and her great-grandchildren, Ryken Dyal, Declan Dyal, and Alaina Southall, who brought her great joy and pride.

Tamara will live on through the stories her family shares, the memories they hold dear, and the love they continue to give one another. Her humor, words, mannerisms, and unmistakable spirit will remain part of their lives for generations to come.

Tamara was genuine, strong, loving, humorous, and unforgettable. She made an enduring impact simply by being herself, and no one can take the place she held in her family’s hearts.

As her family says goodbye, they ask for prayers, love, and understanding during this difficult time. Though she is no longer with them, Tamara’s love, memory, humor, and legacy will never be forgotten.

Forever loved.

Forever missed.

Forever a part of us.

Rest peacefully, Tamara.

The tribute above was prepared by Tamara’s loving family.
