Powell – Susan Kidd Powell, age 61, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on April 19, 2022. She was born on December 15, 1960, to the late Neal Kidd and Bertie Lee Griffis Kidd in Jacksonville, Florida.  Susan lived a very simple life.  She loved to cook and spend time with all her family and friends, as well as her Weimaraner fur baby Ozzie.  Susan is preceded in death by her late husband, Larry Joe Powell; parents; and grandson; Derek Powell.

Susan leaves behind her step-son, Christopher Powell, Sr. (Tonya Zipperer); step-daughter, Angie Powell; grandchildren, Christopher Powell, Jr., Adam Powell; cousin, Joe (Debbie) Kidd; sister-in-law, Louise (Richard) Harris.

A Celebration of Susan's Life will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with John Peeples officiating.
