Stanley Donald
Lince, III
Mar 5, 1975 — Sep 5, 2026
St. George
On September 5, 2026, Stanley Donald "Donnie" Lince, III took his last breath and became our special angel in heaven.
Donnie was born on March 5, 1975, to Stanley Donald Lince, Jr. and Dorothy Christina Lince in Jacksonville, Florida.
Donnie was a free spirit who loved Jesus and loved people. He never missed an opportunity to share his faith and express how deeply he trusted in God. Donnie never met a stranger and loved putting a smile on someone's face. He loved going to the beach, had a passion for music, and loved playing it loud. Donnie was funny, cared about others above himself, and possessed one of the biggest hearts this world will ever know.
Donnie’s passion for most of his life was landscaping, a love that began while working alongside his dad in the family business when he was young. You could point at any tree or flower, and Donnie could tell you all about it—he truly loved God’s nature. In his youth, he loved skateboarding and grew up racing go-karts and remote-control cars, bonding closely with his father.
Above all, Donnie lived with Jesus in his heart. He is survived by his younger brother, Leon Lince, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond—always having each other’s back, forever being each other’s keeper, and loving one another inseparably. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Shannon; the two were best friends, affectionately known to each other as Danny & Shay. He is also survived by his son, Austin, whom he held in his heart every single day.
Donnie is survived by his two sisters, Shannon and Melissa, whom he thought of often and loved very much—his heart was always with his family—as well as his nieces and nephew, Christy, Joey, “Jr.”, and Shania. Known as Donnie or "D" to friends, he was dearly loved as "DD" and "Uncle NeNe" by his family. He also leaves behind many special friends held close to his heart, including Craig and Heather, Cole, Jeremy, Emilee, and many more.
Donnie was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stanley Donald Lince, Sr. (and wife Leona); father, Stanley Donald Lince, Jr.; mother, Dorothy Christina Lince (Goins); and his lifelong best friend, Paul Queen.
The tribute above was prepared by Donnie’s loving family.
