Jerrell – Robert "Tony" Anthony Jerrell, age 46, of Hilliard, Florida passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024, at his residence.  Tony was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 21, 1978, to George Robert Harris and Karen Sapp Lee on. Tony developed a passion for mechanics from a young age, building his first go-cart as a teenager. This interest blossomed into a lifelong love for bow hunting and tinkering with cars. Beyond his hobbies, Tony was a dedicated family man who lived for moments spent with his mother and his son, cherishing the bond and they shared. It is clear that Tony's life was filled with the joy of talented creativity and deep personal relationships. His absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew him, especially by his beloved family and close friends. Tony's memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched with his warmth and devotion. He was preceded in death by his father, George Robert Harris; son, Aaron Michael Jerrell; brothers, Robert Dean Harris and Robert Patrick Harris.

Tony leaves behind his loving mother, Karen Lee; stepfather, Ronnie Lee; spouse, Keela Watkins Gaines; special little buddy, Jayce; son, Robert Anthony Jerrell, II; brothers, Joseph (Danielle) Grimes, Justin Grimes; sister, Kathy Harris; aunt, Shari Collins; cousins, Rebecca (Andre) Dixon, Anita Collins; nephew, Damon Wilson; in laws that were more like bonus parents, AL Walker and Linda Ryals.

A Graveside Service for Tony will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Lee Family Cemetery (28984 Davis Road Hilliard, FL 32046) with Pastor Danny Baggett officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home.
