Anderson – Rilla Anderson, age 73, of Callahan, Florida passed away peacefully on January 14, 2023.  She was born in Hilliard, Florida to the late Lewis Taylor and Ida Aldridge Taylor on April 4, 1949. Rilla had many hobbies including reading romance novels, cooking and watching the Georgia Bulldogs but more than anything she loved to spend time with her family.  Rilla was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tommy Anderson; brothers, Harvey Taylor, Lewis Taylor, Harley Taylor, Pendleton Taylor; sister, Shirley Anderson.

Rilla is survived by her daughter, Denise (David) Sutton; son, Chris (Kathrine) Anderson; grandchildren, Kayla (Justin) Siegmand, Kyle (Mandy) Raulerson, Nathan Sutton; great-grandchildren, Damon Siegmand, K.J. Raulerson, Kayson Guenther; sisters, Fannie McQueen, Mary Smith; and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

A Celebration of Rilla's Life will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
