Hodges - Ralph Edward Hodges, age 74, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on October 29, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center after a brief illness.  He was born on January 8, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida. Ralph was a drywall finisher by trade and retired from Acousti Engineering in 2002. He was an avid outdoorsman.  Ralph also enjoyed meeting his friends for breakfast, spending time with his family, hunting, trapping, yard work and wood working. He was a proud papa.  Ralph never missed the opportunity to brag on his grandchildren. He loved telling tales and maintained his sense of humor up until the very end. Ralph was a good, humble, down to earth man, a loving father and grandfather who will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Freddie E. Hodges, AllieMae and William C. Green; brother, Don Green.

Ralph leaves behind his children, Barbara (Ricky) Blalock, Christie (Darrell) Carter, Robert Hodges; sister, Helen Eidson; grandchildren, Ashley, Kimberly, Ricky, Winter, Kane, Dillon; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 nephew; 3 nieces.
