Paul David Steele "PeeWee", 69, of St. George GA, passed away on September 20, 2019.

He was born on December 21, 1949 in Lexington, S.C. to Henry and Ada Steele. PeeWee enjoyed coon hunting, driving his number 7 race car, playing cards with his family, and he loved to fish.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years; Candy Steele, children; David Steele and Shannon Lince, siblings; Eddie Steele, Bianca Winter, Maxine Baker, Jeanie Baker, Raymond Steele, Gloria Frey and Patty Roush, grandchildren; Brittany Cubbedge, Tiffany Steele, Garrett Steele and Gavin Steele, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Henry and Ada Steele, siblings; Helen Hyman and William Steele.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday September 24, 2019 at New Life Baptist Church from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM with Pastor James Conner and Pastor Trey Keene officiating.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Rewis, Jason Rewis, Jerry Rewis, Jeremy Rowell, Keith Rowell and Conner Rewis. Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Cardwell, Norval Conner, Johnny Robinson and Robert LaFollette.
