Ortiz – Patricia "Patty" Elaine Ortiz, age 51, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, January 30, 2023.  She was born on September 25, 1971, in Jacksonville, Florida to James and Mary Moore Terrell.  Patty was most happy being around her family and friends enjoying their time together.  She was the life of the party and lit up any room that she walked in to.  Patty was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.  She was loved by all and will be missed dearly. To know Patty was to love Patty.  She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Ralph and Catherine Moore.

Patty leaves behind her husband, George Ortiz; children, Jeffrey Rogers, Cynthia Rogers; brother, Lelmon Jackson Terrell; sisters, Catherine Penny, Wanda Garza; several uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces; and fur babies, Violet, Pebbles, Lil Girl, Felix who she loved dearly.
