Allen – Norman Ronnie Allen, age 63, of Callahan, Florida passed away on November 19, 2023.  He was born on September 8, 1960, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Norman Robert Allen and Sandra Jeanette Clark.  Norman was raised in Jacksonville, Florida but has been a resident of Callahan, Florida for the past 25 years and was proud to call it home. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and from time to time you may have even seen him riding around town. Norman was very talented and had a passion for painting and drawing. Not only did he enjoy it, but he was good at it.  Norman spent many years working as a landscaper and doing yardwork was a form of therapy for him. When Norman wasn't working, he enjoyed fishing.  Norman was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Valarie Myers.

Norman leaves behind his brother, Ethan James Allen of Callahan, FL; sisters, Deborah (Albert) Wilkes of Callahan, FL, Laura Lynn (Albert, Jr.) Wilkes of Callahan, FL, several nephews and nieces and a host of friends.
