Cowart – Myrtle Cowart, age 84, of Callahan, FL went home to be with the Lord on March 31, 2021.  She was born on March 11, 1937 in Newark, NJ to William Arthur and Sarah Alice Crane. Myrtle loved her flowers in her yard, Coke and her pride and joy, Jackie.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Jack Elmer Cowart.

Myrtle is survived by her children; Sarah (Victor) Hatton, Jack E. (Irene) Cowart, Jr., Vivian (James) Miller, 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-greatgrandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Boogie "Jack III", Colton, Dusty, Jason, Junior, Wayne and Shane.

A Celebration of Myrtle's Life will be on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11am at Nassau Funeral Home with Bill Crane officiating.  Interment will follow in the Verdie Cemetery in Bryceville, FL. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 5-7pm at Nassau Funeral Home.
