Wiles – Mimi Ann (Sue) Wiles age 82, of Hilliard, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2026. She was born in Springfield, Ohio, on June 10, 1944, to the late Howard F. Ferryman and Evelyn Miller Ferryman. On June 28,1963 she married Donald E. (Skip) Wiles, Jr. with whom she would share over 63 years of marriage.

Sue loved music of all kinds and if she was somewhere enjoying live music, you would find her on the dance floor. She and Skip were great dance partners dancing to the oldies. Sue was an amazing cook who rarely used a recipe. Her hobbies included crafting of any and all kinds. Sue could turn a simple idea into something beautiful; always creating, decorating, fixing, stitching or finding some new project to occupy herself with.

Sue had a fiery spirit and an opinion for just about everything, and she was rarely one to keep that opinion to herself. But beneath that fire was an enormous heart. Sue believed in doing what was right and standing up for those she loved. Most of all, she loved her family more than anything in this world. She was dearly loved and will be missed.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jerry Ferryman and sister, Mary Lou Osborne.

Sue is survived by her husband of 63 years, Don (Skip) Wiles, Jr.; two sons, Ron (Lori) Wiles and Tony (Doris) Wiles of Callahan, Florida; grandchildren, Keri Beam of Callahan, Florida, Joshua Wiles of Orange Park, Florida, and Amanda Wiles of Callahan, Florida; one great granddaughter, Ellie Beam of Callahan, Florida; brothers, Ken (Lisa) Ferryman of Tennessee and Butch (Karen) Ferryman of Ohio.
