Lanier – Mary "Edna" Coulliette Lanier, age 89, went home to be with her Lord January 27, 2020 after almost fifteen years of battling cancer.  Edna was born in Frostproof, Florida on April 18, 1930 to William Hannon Coulliette and Myrtle May Stevens Coulliette.  She was married to the late Clyde Oliver "C.O." Lanier for 65 years and lived in Callahan for 36 years. Edna was retired from many years of clerical work at Gulf Life Insurance Company.  She was a faithful member of Gray Gables Baptist Church, always ready to help wherever she could, to honor Jesus.

Edna is survived by her two grandchildren, Lance Lanier Stachnik and Jennifer Lanier Moore; great grandsons, Hunter and Hayden Stachnik; nieces, Patricia Owen, Pamela Ratney, Tammy Zipper and Melody Croker; nephew, Nicky Coulliette.  Mary is preceded in death by two sons, Mark and Michael.

A Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Jones Cemetery in Callahan, Florida.
