Morris – Marsha Gail Morris, age 78, of Callahan, Florida went home to be with the Lord on July 29, 2022.  She was born in Baxley, Georgia on March 10, 1944, to the late Elmer Herrington and Edna Crosby Herrington.  Marsha was a Godly woman who loved serving the Lord and attending services at The Anchor Church of God in Callahan, Florida where was also a faithful member.  She lived a simple life which included cooking, shopping, singing, playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends.  Marsha who was better known as "Nana" was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend that will be dearly missed.

Marsha leaves behind her loving husband of 61 beautiful years, Curtis James Morris; children, James Kelvin (Renee) Morris, Dwayne E. Morris, Alysha (David) Harris; sisters, Elaine Parker, Linda Weatherly; grandchildren, Brandon Morris, John C. Morris, Zachary Harris, Dawson Harris, Cheyanne Hutcheson, Bradley Harris; great-niece, Chelsea Strickland, great-great niece, Kayla Hutcheson; sister-in-law, Ann Herrington.

A Celebration of Marsha's Life will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at The Anchor Church of God with Pastor Dwight Allen, Pastor Jeff Carter, and Pastor Ethan Thompson officiating.  A private family burial will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the church.  The arrangements are under the care and direction of Nassau Funeral Home, 541720 US-1, Callahan, Florida 32011, 904-879-1770.
