Coleman – Margie Diane Coleman, age 81, of Hilliard, Florida passed away on January 14, 2025, at Community Hospice Warner Care Center with her loving family by her side. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 12, 1943, to the late Walter Harry Driver and Vivian Addison Driver. Margie was a Navy brat, spending her early years with her sister, Jackie, moving from base to base. She married her best friend and forever companion, Everett "Curly" Franklin Coleman in 1966. During their marriage, Margie developed a love for horses and cherished the time spent riding and raising them. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother who always put her family first. Margie loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was thankful to be a member at River Road Baptist Church. Her life was filled with things that brought her joy; her dog, home-decor, Antiquing, RV adventures, bowling, drawing, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Margie's church community held a significant place in her heart, as did participating in family activities. Christmas was Margie's absolute favorite time of year. It perfectly complemented her second favorite activity—shopping. She was an amazing woman whose light and smile lit up the room, she is greatly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Margie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Curly Coleman; grandson, Blake Curtis.

Margie is survived by her loving children, Ronnie (Kimberly) Coleman of Callahan, FL, Rachelle (Josh) Curtis of Hilliard, FL; grandchildren, Cherish (Jacob) Mulholland, Faith (Travis) Jarrell, Trinity Coleman (Branden Griffis), Joshua (Sam) Curtis, Riley Curtis; great grandchildren, Lilly, River, Beau, and Cole; sister, Jackie (Bud) Floyd; nephew, Mike (Shellie) Floyd; niece, Dee Floyd; and several extended family members.

A Celebration of Margie's Life will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at River Road Baptist Church with Pastor Hal McIntosh and Pastor Benjie Loyd officiating. Interment will follow at River Road Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
