Margaret L. Seeley, or more affectionately known as Mema, peacefully went to be with the Lord on August 29th, 2020, surrounded by family and those that loved her most. She was born on May 16, 1938 in Chesapeake, Ohio. In 1955, she married her husband of 65 years, Raymond Seeley. They moved to Florida with their three children in 1967. She worked for the State of Florida as an Agricultural Inspector and retired after 26 years of service.

As a faithful wife and mother, she devoted herself to serving her family in many ways. This included creating a welcoming home where all could gather around for a cup of coffee or a glass of sweet tea. You could often find her in the kitchen willing to make you a most delicious meal. If she wasn't in the kitchen you could find her outside around the pond or tending to her garden. Her greatest joy, however, were her grandchildren. She always felt she was placed on this earth to take care of her grandbabies and great-grands.

She leaves to cherish in memory her loving husband, Ray Seeley; children Karen Seeley, Kenneth (Peggy) Seeley, and Eric Seeley; sister, Geri Maxson; brother Garland Mannon; grandchildren Nikki (Nic) Huston, Brittany (Jared) Cales, Chad (Kristi) Seeley, Halee (Michael) Tallman, Josh Seeley, Candace Huston, David Huston, and Jessie Seeley and many beloved great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church with Pastor Jesse Pickett officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
