Lowell D. "Buddy" Hollie, 76, of Jacksonville FL went home to be with the Lord on June 1, 2019.

Buddy was born on September 7, 1942 in Fayette AL to James and Jenny Hollie.

He is survived by his children; Harry Hollie, Al Hollie, Ben (Rebekah) Hollie and Sheila(Ralph) Hollie Halkard, 20 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Jenny Hollie, children; Jim Hollie, George Hollie and Annette Hollie Page, grandson; Conner Hollie.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday June 5, 2019 in the Nassau Funeral Home Chapel from 5-7:00 PM. Graveside service will be held on Thursday June 6, 2019 beginning at 10:00 AM in the Jones Cemetery with Margaret Hagan officiating.

Pallbearers will be Chris Jordan, Daran Hollie, Alan J. Hollie, Reese Hollie, Michael Haddock, Joe Thompson, Gage Ladson and Donald Brooks. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Hollie, Harry Hollie and Al Hollie.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in his memory be made to Wolfson's Children's Hospital.
