Hilliard – Lisa Rachelle Hilliard, age 59, of Live Oak, Florida passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024, at Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center in Lake City, Florida.  She was born on October 9, 1965, in Blackshear, Georgia to Thomas Branch and Linda Chancey. Known for her warm and nurturing nature, Lisa was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. Lisa's personality was marked by her love for life's simple pleasures. She had a passion for flowers, frequently visited yard sales, and enjoyed shopping trips. These activities brought her immense joy and allowed her to connect with her community and nature. Lisa will be remembered for her kindness, her dedication to her family, and her ability to light up a room with her presence. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Lisa is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Chancey Medsker; husband, Ralph Hilliard; and son, Joshua Howell.

Lisa leaves behind her son, Brandon Smith (Amanda Gans); daughter, Mandy Thornton; dad, David (Terri) Chancey; mom, Linda (Richard) Thornton; brother, Kevin (Kristen) Chancey; sisters, Karen and Sherri; grandchildren, Liam, Lacie, Lakai, Emma, and Nathan.
