Hewett - Joline Shaw Hewett, age 89, of Callahan, Florida passed away peacefully on October 7, 2022. She was born on February 1, 1933, in Jacksonville, Florida to Roy and Mary Shaw. Joline retired from the Nassau County School Board as Director of Personnel Services June 30, 2003. Following that she served as an AFLAC agent for the Nassau County School Board for an additional 13 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Jeanne Whisnant and her grandson Keith Hewett.

Joline is survived by her children, Jan (Tony) Schmidt, Doug (Dawn) Hewett, Dave (Glenda) Hewett; grandchildren, Jimmy (Alexis) Rowe, Michael (Melany) Medina, Megan Medina, Brittany (Brian) Sloan, Hunter (Kay-Lee) Hewett, Rachel Hewett, Clay Hewett (Cassady Watson-fiancé), Rebecca Hewett; great grandchildren, Elijah and Enzo Rowe, Isabel Joline Medina, Maverick Medina, Camryn Sloan.

A Celebration of Joline's Life will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Carr officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
