Andrews - Joan Kathryn Andrews "Memaw", age 83, of Callahan, Florida passed away peacefully holding her daughter's hand on May 10, 2022.  Joan was born on October 26, 1938, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Charles and Sybil McCalligan.  Joan's one true treasure was her family and her girls.  The title Memaw meant everything to her, it was what she was most proud of. Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years Oris Franklin Andrews.

Joan is survived by her daughter, Melinda (Rick) Walker; grand-daughters, Ashley (Michael) Hayes, Kayla (Bobby) Llanes; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Aspen, Lincoln and soon to be Liam; brother, Willis (Renda) McCalligan; and many nieces and nephews, remaining family, and friends.

A Celebration of Joan's Life will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Malcolm Andrews officiating.  Interment will follow at Jones Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Monday, May 16, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
