Johnson – Jimmy Houston Johnson, age 64, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on July 23, 2021.  He was born on April 3, 1957 in Seminole County, FL to Lamar Clarence Johnson, Jr. and Rachel Jenease Houston Johnson. Jimmy was the best husband, father, and papa anyone could ask for. He had a contagious smile and an outgoing personality.  In Jimmy's spare time, he enjoyed fishing and woodworking such as picnic tables, rocking chairs and front porch swings but most of all he loved spending time with his family.  He is preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, George C. Whitney; granddaughter, Isabella Rodriguez.

Jimmy leaves behind his loving wife of 31 years, Suzie Johnson; daughters, Shonna Hornback, Dawn (Gonzalo) Alfaro-Rivera; son, Devin Johnson; brothers, Buster Johnson, Christopher Johnson; sister, Adora Steadman; grandchildren, Esmeralda, Jeffrey, Daniel, Sophia, Annzlee; numerous extended family members and many special friends.
