Jackson – Janet Faye Jackson, age 69, of Callahan, Florida passed away on June 10, 2022.  She was born on September 23, 1952, in Fairmont, North Carolina to the late Elbert Johnson and Florence Strickland Johnson.  Janet lived a simple life.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Janet is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gilbert, Kelly, Dewey, Edward; sisters, Deborah, Linda, Jerri.

Janet is survived by her loving husband, Colie Jackson, Jr.; children, Angie (Tony) McDaniel of Middleburg, FL, Shannon Jackson of Callahan, FL, Tiffany Jackson of Callahan, FL; grandchildren, Kyle, Kaden, Kylie, Madi, Mackenzie, Vincent; brother, Timmy, sisters, Susan, Madel and Jennifer.

A Celebration of Janet's Life will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Nassau Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  The arrangements are under the care and direction of Nassau Funeral Home, 541720 US-1, Callahan, Florida 32011, 904-879-1770.
