Peters – Glena Ruth Peters, age 74, of Bryceville, Florida, passed away on September 22, 2026. She was born in Houston, Texas on May 3, 1952, to the late Robert Edward Allmon and Daisy Francis Davis Allmon. Glena cherished the simple joys of life, taking delight in her beloved hummingbirds and the art of crocheting. Her love for the outdoors was evident in her passion for hunting and fishing. Above all, Glena was a devoted wife, nurturing mother, cherished grandmother, proud great-grandmother, and a dear aunt. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Sherri Allmon.

Glena leaves behind her loving husband, Steven Lewis Peters; children, James Robert McCall (Jacqueline), Adrian Allen Tomblin (Brittany); grandchildren, Steven Hunter McCall, Autumn Rose, Jacob Alexander, Zaiden James, Aria Rayne, Jesus Carmello Borzick (Sydney); great grandchildren, Alairyse Willow Glena Borzick; siblings, Judith Ann Godwin (Frank); nephews, David, Daniel, Matthew; brother & sister in law, Kirk and Tonda Durden.

A Celebration of Glena’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Dr. Lynn Hyatt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
