Kinley – Geraldine Kinley, age 87, of St. George, Georgia passed away peacefully in her home on November 13, 2025, with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 11, 1938, in Jonesborough, Tennessee, to the late Aldi Jamerson and Ethel Silvers Jamerson. Geraldine spent her early years in northeastern Tennessee before eventually settling in St. George in 1988. For the past 37 years, she made St. George her home and became a beloved member of the community. Geraldine was married to Charles Kinley, Sr. until his passing in 1985. Together they built a life centered around family and faith. A devoted homemaker, Geraldine took great pride in raising her children and nurturing a warm and loving household. Her dedication to her family was unwavering, and she found immense joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. Geraldine was a woman of deep faith and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church St. George for over 30 years. She was actively involved with her church family and especially enjoyed volunteering alongside the ladies of the church. Whether helping with events or lending a hand where needed, she gave generously of her time and spirit. Geraldine also had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her yard with care and delight. Her love for nature was evident in the vibrant flowers and well-kept garden beds that surrounded her home. Geraldine's legacy is one of quiet strengths, enduring love, and steadfast devotion to both family and faith. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her. Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Kinley, Sr.; and daughter, Betty Crews.

Geraldine is survived by her 6 children; 1 brother; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Geraldine's Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of St. George with Pastor Kyle Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow at Boones Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
