Hutchinson – Geneva Hutchinson, age, 90, of Callahan, Florida passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 14, 1935, to the late Bealer Pritchett and Renner Ricketson Pritchett. Geneva dedicated 17 years of service to JCPenney, where she took pride in finding great deals for her customers and family. She had a passion for shopping and enjoyed attending Bluegrass festivals. Geneva found joy in worshiping at her church and she cherished time spent with her church family. She also had a love for dining out, with Cracker Barrel being one of her favorite restaurants. Geneva enjoyed watching Westerns and the Hallmark Channel, finding comfort in their familiar stories. Above all, she loved her family dearly and treasured every moment she shared with them. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edsel Hutchinson; brothers, Sam, Bill, Pete; sisters, Juanelle, and JoAnne.

Geneva leaves behind her loving children, Paul Hutchinson, Bobby Hutchinson, Rhonda "Cheryl" (Woody) Fowler, Bradley Hutchinson; brother, Don (Audrey) Pritchett; sister, Linda (Richard) Nix; 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many, many great-great grandchildren.

The Pallbearers will be Chad Sims, Chris Callis, Herb Tremper, Justin Ricketson, Robert Hutchinson, and Rodney Sharpe.

A Celebration of Geneva's Life will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00 am at The Anchor Church of God with Pastor Dwight Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Gardens in Alma, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 6:00 –8:00 pm at Nassau Funeral Home.
