Blanton- Frank Joseph Blanton "Joe" of Callahan, Florida passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at the age of 59. Joe was born July 31, 1961 in Jacksonville Florida.  Joe's tireless work ethic and desire to take care of his family began when he served in the Army National Guard in the 146 Signal Battalion for 6 years. He then continued his work at Maxwell House for 21 years and then at Anheuser-Busch for 20 more years.

His passing is preceded by both his father and mother Daniel Lee Blanton and Johnnie Boyd Blanton, two of his brothers Charles T. Blanton, Robert W. Blanton, and his two sister-in-laws Mary Blanton and Sue Blanton

Joe's memory will be kept alive by his loving wife of 39 years Tina Blanton, his two children Josh (Stefanie) Blanton, Kelli (Matthew) Geiger, with his five grandkids Bode and Ripkin Blanton; Zayne, Tripp, and Paxten Geiger. Along with his six brothers Harry Blanton, John Blanton, Richard Blanton, Steve (Janet) Blanton, Rodger (Diane) Blanton, Jeff (Sharon) Blanton, and sister Vickie Blanton. As well as his three brother-in-laws Tommy Jr. Cameron, David (Subrina) Cameron, and Tracy Cameron.

Joe always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends especially at the lake and had a passion for playing golf. He was a humble man; a family man. A devoted husband and father, but being "Pa" was one of the highlights of his life. It was pure joy to watch him and his five favorites together. His grandchildren were his world. His love and guidance will be instilled in them forever.

A Celebration of Joe's life will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Nassau Funeral Home.  Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home.
