Nabers - Cynthia "Cindy" Elizabeth Nabers, age 68, passed away at her home on July 29, 2024, with her daughters by her side. She was a devoted wife, mother and nana. Cindy was a homemaker, who cared for and supported her husband, children, grandchildren, nephews, and nieces over the past 48 years. She was an amazing cook, who loved her family, Christmas, cookouts, thunderstorms, and a tasty adult beverage. Cindy is preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Nabers; brothers, Jimmy Sapp, Gary Sapp, Phillip Sapp; and sister, Vivian Charles.

Cindy leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Bennie Nabers; daughters, Kristy (Tee) Vickers, Kerrie (Travis) Rice; grandchildren, Kayla Nabers, Jared Nabers, Michael Vickers, Kaitlynn Bennett, Brooke Rice, Alyssa Nabers; great grandchildren, Maddox Gordon, Bellami Schedlinski; mother, Dolores Sapp; sisters, Jeanette (Jim) Devine, Rhonda Lofton; as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service for Cindy will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Nassau Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following the service at the Nabers' family residence.
