Willard - Charles D. Willard, age 74, of Callahan, Florida went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 30, 2024. He was born July 16, 1949, in Mt. Airy, North Carolina to the late Harvey and Bertha Willard. Charles loved the outdoors and could always be found in the yard. He loved his family and friends and never met a stranger. Charles was an Air Conditioning Technician for 30 years and retired from William Catlin and Son. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Kalis.

Charles is survived by his loving wife, Roberta T. Willard; daughters, Mary M. Timmons (Neal), Barbara J. Timmons (Joe); sons, Joseph Willard (Amanda), Dean Willard (Tracey); grandchildren, Graci Mae Belcher, Lilli Thurman, Hunter Thurman, Joseph Willard, Miranda Willard, Cody Willard, Mackenize Willard and Kacey Willard.

A Celebration of Charles's Life will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Barney officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
