Frame – Charles "Norman" Frame, Jr., age 51, of Callahan, Florida went home to be with the Lord on April 3, 2022.  He was born on May 24, 1970, in Jacksonville, Florida to Charles Norman Frame, Sr. and Edna Sandlin Frame.  Norman moved to Callahan, Florida in 1972.  He was employed with AAR Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida where he was known as "The Man" for everything.  Norman was a proud Papa and loved all his children equally.  He loved God, his freedom, and guns.  Norman was a huge Florida Gator fan.  He loved spending time on the water fishing, whether he filled the boat or caught nothing at all.  Norman had a heart of gold.  There wasn't anything he wouldn't do to help anyone.  If you needed it and he had it, it was yours.

Norman leaves behind his father, Charlie Frame, Sr. of Callahan, FL; mother, Edna Sandlin Frame of Callahan, FL; loving wife of 19 years, Michele A. Frame of Callahan, FL; sister, Victoria "Lori" (Ron) Wiles of Callahan, FL; son, Michael C. Souza of Aiken, SC; daughters, Samantha Nicole (Bobby) Ingram of Folkston, GA.; Amber N. Souza of Callahan, FL.; grandchildren, Major Devon Ingram of Folkston, GA, Rozalynn Ann Bouknight of Callahan, FL.
