Batten – Charles James Batten Sr., age 45, of Hilliard, Florida passed away on September 7, 2022, at his residence.  He was born in Multnomah County, Oregon on June 3, 1977, to Charles Batten and Katherine Roberts.  After graduating high school, started his longtime career in the food industry. He enjoyed his position as a Kitchen Manager, and also enjoyed watching and cheering on the FSU Football team, watching scary movies with his awesome daughter, Caylen,  and celebrating his favorite holiday, Halloween. Charles met the love of his life Amanda "Mandy" happily married on October 31, 2015. He was a devoted husband, loving father, brother, and friend.  Charles's greatest joy was spending time with his family and making precious memories. Charles was preceded in death by his son Charles James Batten, Jr.

Charles is survived by his loving wife, Amanda "Mandy" Lee Robinson; parents, Charles (Joanie) Batten and Katherine (Allen) Stoneberger; daughter, Caylen M. Batten; brother, Kenneth Batten; and numerous extended family members and friends.
