Cravey - Cecil Leonard Cravey, age 75, of Callahan, Florida passed away on July 7, 2024.  He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on October 21, 1948, to the late Leonard William Cravey and Kathryn Jones Cravey.  Cecil proudly served in the United States Army.  While serving his country in the Vietnam War, he demonstrated immense courage and resilience. Upon returning home, Cecil transitioned to a career as a road grader operator, where he worked diligently for several years. After retiring, Cecil embraced his passion for farming, dedicating himself to cultivating bountiful gardens filled with a variety of vegetables. His love for gardening and Farmall tractors was evident to all who knew him. Cecil welcomed neighbors and friends to pick vegetables from his garden, never asking for anything in return. His pride came from the joy of sharing his harvest and knowing that his hard work was appreciated by many. Cecil had a passion for Farmall tractors and had an impressive collection over the years. He was also a skilled mechanic who could restore and maintain his tractors. Cecil will be remembered as a brave veteran, devoted farmer, an enthusiastic tractor collector, and a generous soul who left a memorable mark on his community.
