Carolyn A. Thomas, 73, of Callahan FL went home to be with the Lord on June 5, 2019

She was born on January 10, 1946 in Stuart FL to Clifton and Agnes Ursry. Carolyn was a member of Evangel Temple in Jacksonville FL. She was a lady of many talents and enjoyed different types of crafts which included but was not limited to ceramics and stained glass making. She was a loving wife, mom and granny and was affectionately referred to as "the cat lady" because of her love for cats and rescuing strays when she found them. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years; Charles B. Thomas, sons; Michael (Wanda) Thomas, Todd Thomas and Darren (Tracy) Thomas, grandchildren; Luke, Emily, Ashley, Bailey and Summer, brothers; Rick (Monica) Ursry and Wayne (BJ) Ursry, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2-brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be held in the Nassau Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM Monday June 10 ^th with Pastor Gary Wiggins officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the funeral service.  Interment will follow in Jones Cemetery.
