Padgett – Arthur "Bryant" Padgett, better known as Bryant, age 65, of Hilliard, FL, passed away on November 12, 2020 with family by side.  Bryant was born on February 2, 1955, in Jacksonville, FL to Herman Lee Padgett and Laverne Shott Padgett.  Bryant was a talented painter.  The skill of painting was passed down from his father.  In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, shrimping and being outdoors.  More than anything, Bryant loved spending time with his family.  His sweets and scratch off tickets were a close second though! Bryant was a good man that never wronged anyone and is going to be missed by his family and friends who love him dearly.

Bryant leaves behind his parents, Herman Lee Padgett and Laverne Shott Padgett; wife, Vicky Ann Padgett; children; Bryant (Tracy) Padgett, Crystal (Charles) Smith, Adam (Christina) Padgett, Lee (Tonya) Padgett; brother, Robert Padgett; sisters, Margaret Banting, Betty Sue Paradero; 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Bryant's Life will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Boulougne with Pastor Paul Lucas officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  The arrangements are under the care and direction of Nassau Funeral Home, 541720 US-1, Callahan, Florida 32011. 904-879-1770.
