Hopkins – Beverly "Bev" Ann Dolberg Hopkins, age 85, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away of February 2, 2022.  She was born on November 16, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to Frank Dolberg and Dorothy Roweth Dolberg.  Bev lived most of her life in Colorado, recently moving to Florida just 3 years ago.  She worked as a teacher's aide for United Cerebral Palsy Center for many years and served as an Altar Guild for St. Luke's Episcopal Church for 15 years. Bev loved camping with her late husband, Dale, spending time with her grandchildren, making crafts, and participating in her monthly neighborhood potluck dinners.  She was a people person, always very friendly.  Bev was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 54 years, Dale Hopkins; and sister, Patricia Grewe.

Bev is survived by her son, Michael (Patricia) Hopkins of Moultrie, GA; daughter, Sandy (Claude) Murray of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Amber (Robert) Sheffield of Virginia Beach, VA, Aaron Hopkins of Warner Robins, GA, Colin Hopkins of Savannah, GA, Kristen Murray of St. Petersburg, FL, Timothy Murray of Rhode Island; great-grandchildren, Dylan Sheffield, Harley Sheffield.

A Memorial Service for Bev will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Blakeslee officiating.
