Brock - Beverly "Susie" Brock, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed from this world on April 23, 2024, after a courageous battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) at the age of 65.  Susie dedicated over 20 years of her life to Anchor Glass/Anchor Hocking, where her hard work and dedication left an indelible mark on her colleagues and the company. Her commitment to excellence and her warm spirit endeared her to all who had the pleasure of working alongside her. Susie's laughter, warmth, and boundless love touched the lives of all who knew her. While she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Susie will be dearly missed but forever remembered with love and fondness. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Johnny Brock, and her dear brother, Herbie Rouse.

Susie leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, deeply treasured by her children, Angela (Matthew) Smith and Jasper Andrews; grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith, Brianna Andrews, and Justin Andrews; great-grandchild, Waylon Walker; siblings, John Rouse, Toni Rouse, and Dewey Dickerson; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Susie's life will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Nassau Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Harper officiating. Interment will follow at Dinsmore Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to American Lung Association in Susie's honor.
