Arnold Carlos
Nettles
Jul 24, 1959 — Oct 5, 2026
Folkston, Georgia
He leaves behind a lifetime of memories, love, laughter, and the many people whose lives he touched.
Arnold was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He cherished his family deeply and found some of his greatest joy in spending time with the people he loved. Arnold had a special appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and walking along the beach. Whether he was enjoying the peacefulness of nature or simply spending time with his family, Arnold was happiest making memories with those closest to him.
Arnold is preceded in death by his father, Carlos Ed Nettles; mother, Helen Nettles and beloved daughter, Sarah Beth Nettles.
Arnold is survived by his sons, Christopher Nettles (Lisa) and Daleroy Nettles (Nikki); brothers, Earl Nettles, Luke Nettles, and Gerald Nettles; and grandchildren, Khade Nettles, Hunter Nettles, Casen Nettles, KenaDee Bray, and Jayden Nettles.
Arnold also leaves behind his best friend and faithful companion, Little Man, his beloved Shih Tzu, who was always by his side.
Arnold will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his generous heart, his devotion to his family, and the memories he created with those around him. Though his time with us has come to an end, the love Arnold gave and the memories he leaves behind will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
The tribute above was prepared by Arnold’s loving family.
