Alice Miller Dowling, 74, of Hilliard, Florida passed away November 29, 2019 at her place of residencealong the Saint Mary's River. She was born January 22, 1945 in Denton, GA to the late Farice F. Miller Sr.,and Vera Cain Miller.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Farice F. Miller, Jr., and sister, Nellie M. Nobles. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Lurner Williams, Jr. of Bonaire, GA, Lawrence "Larry"Dowling, Jr. (Monica) of Jacksonville, FL, Wade Dowling (Danielle) of Punta Gorda, FL, and Bruce Dowling (Shannan) of Gainesville, GA.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hannah Marie Williams, Harley Cash Dowling, Daniella Rose Dowling, and Dana Nicole Dowling; her sisters and brothers-in-law Ruby M. Blanton (Bobby), Delora M. Warnock, Martha M. Longwith, Leona M. Burnsed (Wendell), Patsy M. Poole; her brothers and sisters-in-law Frank Miller (Diane), Noah Miller (Ann), Vernon. Miller (Diane), Allen Miller, Ben Miller, and Avin Miller. She also leaves behind a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives throughout the southeast region.
