Obituary

Blackwell - Alaina "Tori" Blackwell, born as Alaina Tori Broughton on January 29, 1984, in Portsmouth, Virginia, passed away on April 14, 2025, in Yulee, Florida, at the age of 41.

Tori was a devoted mother whose greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was raising her two beloved children, Gavin Blackwell and Addison Blackwell. Her life revolved around them, and she poured her heart into being a full-time mom. Tori's love for Gavin and Addi was boundless and unwavering—a light that guided her every day.

Along with dedicating herself to motherhood, Tori found fulfillment in real estate sales. She enjoyed connecting with people and helping them find places to call home. Tori's outgoing personality made her natural in the field—her warm smile and bubbly laugh left lasting impressions on everyone she met.

Tori's vibrant spirit touched many lives. She embraced life with enthusiasm and surrounded herself with people who cherished her energy and kindness. Whether sharing laughter with friends or offering support to those she loved, Tori brought joy wherever she went.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Gavin and Addison; sisters, Allysa Broughton & Jamie Nix; brothers, Justin Broughton, Zak Nix, Adam Broughton, & Nicholas Nix along with her partner, Brian Beigel. Tori was preceded in death by her parents, Sandra Reid-Nix and Norman Wayne Broughton.

May the memory of Alaina "Tori" Blackwell bring comfort to all who knew her and continue to shine through the lives of those she loved most.

The tribute above was prepared by Tori's loving family.
